HANGU: An alleged facilitator of banned Tehrik-i-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) namely Saadullah Khan with Rs2 million head bounty has been arrested by police in Hangu, ARY News reported on Wednesday.
District Police Officer (DPO) Hangu said that an alleged TTP facilitator Saadullah Khan was arrested. The authorities set Rs2 million head bounty for the alleged facilitator.
He said that the arrested TTP member belongs to Upper Orakzai who is allegedly involved in funding the outlawed outfit.
The DPO added that the TTP member was arrested at a check post established at Naryab-Zargari Road.

On Monday, the Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD) foiled a terror bid in Dera Ghazi Khan and arrested two terrorists associated with the outlawed Tehrik-i-Taliban Pakistan (TTP).
The CTD officials conducted a raid in Taunsa Sharif and foiled a terror bid in which the terrorists allegedly planned to target sensitive installations in Dera Ghazi Khan.
The CTD officials told the media that two TTP terrorists were arrested. The arrested suspects were identified as Meezan Khan and Mir Ahmed who belong to Dera Ismail Khan. The raiding team also recovered hand grenades, arms and ammunition from the terrorists’ possession.
